Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at support@deskcyclepro.store. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
